Who are we?
In 2014 Michelin Star Chef Peter Gast and his Souschef Jeroen Elijzen started De BallenBar in the Foodhallen in Amsterdam. They wanted to introduce the Dutch Original Bitterbal with a culinary twist to a wide audience. And with success. They made there own Bitterballen with culinary fillings like Dutch shrimp, calf, bouillabaisse, and truffle. Nowadays the BallenBar is not only to find in the Foodhallen but also on the road with their own food truck that ca be booked for your own party.
